Goalscoring midfielder Hall arrived at Kenilworth Road on a free transfer in August 2008.
He began his football career in Wolverhampton Wanderers youth system, before signing his first professional contract with Birmingham City in 2004.
While at the Blues he was a regular in the reserve team and was named young player of the year in the 2004/05 season.
He also received caps for England at Under-19 and Under-20 levels and went on to have loan spells with Boston United, Ashford Town and Shrewsbury Town, starting 13 games for the Shrews.
